Your missions: 

* Apply the Arval procurement strategies
* Implement and follow the procurement norms and standards and ensure all the compliance rules are applied
* Apply the procurement risk procedures and the associated control plan
* Manage all the tender processes from the business needs definition to the signature of contracts with the best cost-quality ratio and most secured suppliers
* Define, get and monitor the realization of savings and report to Corporate
* Take part in the company budget and tarification elaboration (costs of services, new cars rebates)

Required profile: 

* University degree at post graduate level
* Operational experience in procurement
* Basic knowledge in financial analysis
* Negotiation and communication skills
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Project management skills advantageous
* Focus on cost and performance improvements
* Focus on client service
* Sense of ethics, innovation and creativity
* Ability to motivate and convince
